With a background in Organisational Psychology, Pablo brings over 12 years of experience as a consultant in organisational assessment (IBM/Kenexa) and people analytics (Deloitte). He has also led and developed people analytics teams in public companies.

As an advisor, Dennis brings essential experience from executive search and Venture Capital - both two complexed and untouched people data environments. At Highsight he advises on delivery, product, and business development. Dennis grew up in Sweden but is now based in London and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics and Management from Manhattan College in New York City.

Pål has vast experience as a business builder, tech leader and developer. Currently CTO and Founder of BlueJam - a Saas B2B business - and Expert at Primary Ventures Partners, Pål was previously CTO at CB Insights, designing and delivering the analytical platform that is used by 1000s of companies in the PE and VC space. Additionally, Pål spent 6 years in the Goldman Sachs tech organisation as well as serving senior roles in several other companies.

Recently as the Group Head of HR for Knight Frank LLP, Sally drove people strategy including people analytics initiatives, working with the Group Chairman on their people agenda. Sally runs an advisory consultancy and is active in charity work as the Founder and Chair of W4 Youth since 2009.
